The Process

The goal of this project is to create a user-friendly and engaging web application that will help students plan and apply for study abroad programs. The application should make it easy for students to search for programs based on their interests and needs, apply to the programs, and prepare for their study abroad experience.
Research Findings
Used a conventional Usability heuristics methods which NN group has adopted for greatest products around the globe to come up with a clean UX audit report. Based on the observation from the live website I came across few major UX challenges which I felt could improves IDP.com overall User experience.
Objectives:
Create a user-friendly and intuitive interface that makes it easy for students to search and apply for study abroad programs.
Ensure that the application is accessible and inclusive to users with disabilities.
Design a responsive application that can be used on desktop and mobile devices.
Provide users with personalized recommendations for study abroad programs based on their interests and academic background.
Incorporate social and community features that enable students to connect with other students and share their study abroad experiences.
Provide users with access to resources and tools to help them prepare for their study abroad experience, including pre-departure checklists, packing lists, and safety tips.
Make it easy for students to track their progress throughout the study abroad application process, from applying to a program to obtaining a visa.

Results:
I have created some score card to rate the amount cruciality of UX problem and how much it is going to take to accomplish those UX challenges.
With help of legends which I have provide it gives a great insight to UI designer snd developers to understand and how long its going to take for them to complete it. Also in addition to this I have given a priority schedule based on the major and minor usability issues which experiencing the product.
